Job summary

Honor is urgently hiring experienced caregivers in San Diego to provide compassionate in-home support. You will use caregiver technology and scheduling tools, with 24/7 office support, weekly pay, and eligible benefits. Mileage reimbursement and ongoing training help you grow in the role.

Responsibilities include companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and assisting with personal care tasks. At least 6 months of paid caregiving experience or CNA/HHA/LVN/RN credentials are required; English

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence
