Honor is hiring experienced caregivers in San Diego to provide compassionate support to clients. The role integrates technology with personal care to help clients stay independent at home.

You will offer companionship, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and perform personal care tasks. Eligible caregivers receive weekly pay, medical/dental/vision benefits, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a caregiver referral program through Honor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or possession of CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN credentials.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client to provide consistent care.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities.

Responsabilités

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide personal care services including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and incontinence management.
