Job summary

Honor in San Diego is urgently hiring experienced caregivers to support clients with companionship, personal care, and daily living tasks. The role offers competitive hourly wages, weekly pay, and a supportive office team, with pathways to training and career growth.

You’ll use Honor’s caregiver platform to manage visits, updates, and scheduling, while delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of paid caregiving experience or appropriate

Qualifications

• 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client to provide consistent care.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and compassionate caregiving to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
• Deliver personal care services including grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
