Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a Caregiver in Michigan to provide compassionate in-home care. Earn $15.25–$16.00/hour with weekly pay, direct deposit, and a range of benefits. You’ll join a supportive team and have opportunities for ongoing training and professional growth.

Responsibilities include companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and personal care with clients. Requires at least 6 months of paid caregiving or relevant CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN credentials, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of paid caregiving experience (non-family) or active CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN credentials.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to commit to at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are welcome and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and compassionate caregiving to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
• Deliver personal care, including grooming, bathing, and incontinence support.
