Job summary

Home Instead is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate care to seniors in the Fort Worth/Arlington area. A valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle are required, with a focus on building strong client relationships and ensuring safety in the home.

Eligible employees receive weekly pay, benefits based on eligibility, and access to industry-leading scheduling tools and a mobile app. This role offers opportunities for training, growth, and ongoing support from a dedicated office team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or equivalent CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of two professional references.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
