Job summary

Home Instead is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate care to seniors in the Fort Worth/Arlington area. A valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle are required, with a focus on building strong client relationships and ensuring safety in the home.

Eligible employees receive weekly pay, benefits based on eligibility, and access to industry-leading scheduling tools and a mobile app. This role offers opportunities for training, growth, and ongoing support from a dedicated office team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or equivalent CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of two professional references.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.

Job description

As a Caregiver with Home Instead, you’ll have a dedicated team behind you every step of the way. Our tools and training help you focus on what matters most—caring for seniors. You’ll be driving to client’s homes in the Fort Worth/Arlington area, so a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle are required. Urgently hiring for caregivers who are comfortable with cats and/or dogs in the home.

Requirements
