Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid caregiving experience or be a CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client.
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and incontinence management.
• Dedicated 24/7 support from our team.
• Use our mobile app for real-time updates on client needs, schedule management, and earnings tracking.
