MorningStar Senior Living in Centennial, CO seeks a compassionate Caregiver to support residents in assisted living and memory care. The role is full-time or part-time with a pay range of $19.00-$21.00 per hour, non-exempt.

Qualifications

• License/certification: state-approved medication administration training, first aid certification.
• Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare experience preferred.
• Continuing Education: monthly in-service education within the community.
• Job Knowledge: basic resident care procedures and universal precautions.
• Other: ability to read and interpret safety documents; good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per established methods and standards.
• Ensure residents privacy, respect and dignity.
• Detect and report unsafe conditions that may harm a resident.
• Assure physical comfort, safety and mental well-being of residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (toileting, grooming, bathing, feeding, dressing).
• Participate in monthly in-service meetings and trainings.
