Job summary

SageGrove at Tiffany Springs is hiring a Caregiver to help improve residents' lives in a warm, supportive environment. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care and work with licensed nursing staff to implement care plans.

Qualified candidates demonstrate a heart for helping others, a positive team mindset, and the ability to assist residents with limited mobility (up to 50 lbs). Both full-time and part-time roles are available at our Kansas City community.

Qualifications

• Certified or Uncertified Caregivers with a heart for helping others and a desire to grow in healthcare.
• 1+ years of experience as a caregiver in a senior living or related industry role (preferred).
• A positive, team-oriented mindset.
• The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Assisting in maintaining accurate and complete services plans, records and files for each resident.
• Working closely with licensed nursing staff, to implement resident care plans and follow established protocols.
• Collaborating with a supportive, tight-knit team.
• Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
