Qualifications

• Certified or uncertified caregivers with a heart for helping others.
• 1+ years of caregiver experience in senior living or related setting preferred.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to assist residents with limited mobility and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Assist in maintaining accurate services plans, records and files for each resident.
• Work closely with licensed nursing staff to implement care plans and follow protocols.
• Collaborate with a supportive, tight-knit team.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
