Caretech is seeking compassionate caregivers in Kansas to provide personal care, companionship, and home support. Flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time options, paid training, and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License or State ID.
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with transfers, gait belts, or Hoyer lifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, and mobility.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Helping clients maintain independence and stay safe at home.
• Bringing comfort, dignity, and kindness to each shift.
