Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Caregiver / Personal Care Aide to support clients with daily living activities in a compassionate, respectful environment.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping while following individualized care plans and maintaining documentation. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Follow each client’s individual care plan to deliver tailored support
• Provide supervision and companionship to ensure clients’ safety and well-being
• Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in client condition
• Foster a positive, respectful, and encouraging environment for clients
