Advantage Senior Care is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in daily living activities. You will assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and errands, while providing companionship and maintaining a safe environment.

The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable, with the ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain compassionate, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Prioritizes patient comfort, safety, and dignity.
• Willingness to follow care plans and instructions from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing.
• Assist with mobility, walking, and activities as directed.
• Assist with meals and snacks.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks in clients' living areas.
• Dispense medications as instructed by medical staff (if applicable).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with errands and shopping as needed.
