Elara Caring is seeking a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to assist clients with daily living activities, mobility, meal prep, and companionship. The role offers a pay range of $15.25–$17.75 per hour with daily pay options and a $250 sign-on bonus. Flexible scheduling, paid training, and benefits are available.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least six months of caregiving experience. Valid transportation to client homes is preferred to ensure consistent visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry and household tasks.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments when applicable.
• Maintain a safe, respectful client environment.
