Modivcare in Windsor, NY is hiring a Certified Caregiver (PCA/HHA) to provide focused, one-on-one in-home care. You will perform light housekeeping, medication reminders, and daily living support, helping clients stay comfortable and independent.

Qualifications

• Valid Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification.
• Availability in Windsor, NY.
• Availability to work weekdays and/or weekends.
• Reliable transportation.
• Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty.

Responsibilities

• light housekeeping, medication reminders and some basic oversight and supervision
• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
