Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Certified Caregiver (PCA/HHA) to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and surrounding areas. The role requires active NYS PCA or HHA certification and the ability to work 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm or 8pm-8am).

You will support bedbound clients with daily activities, offer companionship, and ensure a safe, clean home environment while maintaining integrity and trust with families and patients.

Qualifications

• Active NYS PCA or HHA certification required.
• Availability to work in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm or 8pm-8am).

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines.
