Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Certified Caregiver (PCA/HHA) to provide in-home care in Clifton Park, NY and surrounding areas. You will offer companionship, daily living support, and medication reminders with a focus on safety and dignity.

Earn $18.65 per hour with additional earnings through our Caregiver Rewards Program. We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, flexible schedules, benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement, plus extra rewards for reliability and referrals.

Qualifications

• Compassion, reliability, trustworthiness and honesty.
• Willingness to drive or have reliable transportation (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in clients' homes and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe and welcoming.
• Give medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Report concerns and escalate safety issues as needed.
