Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide essential home care. You will help with personal care, mobility, meal prep and daily living activities, delivering comfort, dignity and support to clients in their homes.

Earn $15.00-$17.50 per hour, with a $250 sign-on bonus after 150 hours and 90 days of employment. Daily pay options, benefits, paid training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least six months of care experience required (professional or personal).
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend and assist clients up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping and transportation to appointments.
• Promote a safe, comfortable and respectful environment for each client.
