Job summary

Elara Caring seeks a dedicated Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) in Missouri. The role involves providing intimate personal care, mobility assistance and daily living support to clients, while promoting safety and comfort in the home.

Earn $15.25–$17.75 per hour with a $250 sign-on bonus after 150 hours and 90 days of employment, subject to performance and requirements. Daily pay options are available to urgent hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least six months of experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support including bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping and transportation to appointments.
