Charlottes Place Adult Family Home in Puyallup, WA, is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for part-time day shifts (28–36 hrs/week). You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide personal care, and support memory care in a small home setting (6 residents).

Up to 40 lbs lifting may be required. Required: CNA/HCA license, CPR, First Aid, and background check prior to hire; Food Handler card by start date; Dementia, Diabetes, and Mental Health certificates by start date; 12 hours of

Qualifications

• Current CNA/HCA license (prior to hire).
• CPR and First Aid certificates required prior to hire.
• Background check upon hire; Food Handlers card by start date; Nurse/Diabetes/Dementia/Mental Health certifications by start date.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide personal care including toileting and incontinence care.
• Administer medications as directed by a licensed nurse.
• Support memory care with memory stimulation activities.
