Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily medications following state guidelines.
• Provide assistance with daily activities including ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulating).
• Document care in the electronic health record.
• Encourage independence and direct Residents to activities and meals.
• Follow company and state guidelines for assisting Residents.
