Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily activities, personal care, and meaningful engagement. You will follow individualized plans, promote safety and dignity, and help with dining services in a warm, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), and demonstrate reliability and strong communication with residents’ families and care teams.

Qualifications

• Compassion and reliability are essential, with strong communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
