Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is looking for Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality in-home care. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in the client’s condition to the agency and maintain timely documentation.
