A supportive caregiving organization is seeking a Compassionate Caregiver in Cape Coral. In this part-time role, you will support a 4-year-old girl with personal care and activities. Ideal candidates are compassionate and dependable, with a valid driver's license and one year of caregiving experience. The position offers $15 per hour for the evening schedule, Monday to Friday, and requires on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening.
• Provide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging and supporting the individual during home activities.
• Assisting with personal hygiene tasks.
• Meal preparation and light cleaning.
• Ensuring individual's safety and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Facilitating community involvement by accompanying individual to outings.
• Promoting communication, choice, independence, and socialization.
• Completing daily progress notes.

Community Resource Network of Florida is looking fora caregiverwho is fun, compassionate, dependable andis committed to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) achieve their highest level of independence and live their bestlife.

The individual is a 4-year-old girl in need of acaregiver to support her with personal care, hygiene tasks, and community outings. She enjoys watching TV programs, playing with puzzles and toys and water activities.

This is an independent contract position and pays$15.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

On-call availability required

You will be a good fitfor thisposition if you:
