Job summary

Golden Years In Home Senior Care is seeking compassionate caregivers with a valid HCA registry. You will provide in-home care, personal support, and companionship to clients, tailoring activities to individual needs and safety. Travel up to 25 miles for shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts
• Be Fully Vaccinated or Have an Exemption
• Current TB skin test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint Clearance (Live Scan)
• CA Home Care Aid (HCA) Registry - able to obtain through Golden Years

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and dignity to clients
• Assist with light housework and meal preparation
• Run errands and shopping for clients
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with incontinence care
• Provide dementia care as needed
• Assist with transfers and activities of daily living (ADL)
• Travel up to 25 miles for shifts when required
