Job summary

Golden Years In Home Senior Care is seeking compassionate caregivers in California to provide in-home support with a Heart to serve. As a caregiver, you will help ensure safety, health, and meaningful engagement for clients in their own homes, tailoring activities to individual interests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• CA Home Care Aid (HCA) Registry eligibility via Golden Years.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housework and meal preparation.
• Run errands and provide companionship.
• Assist with transfers and mobility (ADLs).
• Support dementia care and incontinence care as needed.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• A minimum of 1 year experience
• Valid driver's license (proof of insurance)
• Reliable transportation
• Be Fully Vaccinated or Have an Exemption
• Current TB skin test or Clear X-ray
• Fingerprint Clearance (Live Scan)
• CA Home Care Aid (HCA) Registry - Able to obtain through Golden Years
• Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles for a shift if needed

Caregivers Responsibilities
