Job summary

Cascade Living Group in Milwaukie, Oregon is hiring a Caregiver for Royalton Place (assisted living, memory care). You will build warm relationships with residents, families and staff, assist with daily living activities, and support care plans focusing on individual preferences and routines.

You will work with the wellness team to address needs promptly, stay organized with time management, and help promote our mission of compassionate, person-centered care. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
• Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their profile.
• Implement residents’ care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines.
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day.
• Work with the wellness team to ensure the needs of our residents are addressed in a timely matter.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living.
