Cascade Living Group's Regency Park in Portland, OR is seeking a Caregiver to build meaningful relationships with Memory Care residents, supporting life skills and personal care plans. You will collaborate with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff.
• Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities per individual profile.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences and routines.
• Blend a variety of multi‑sensory experiences into the resident's day.
• Work with the clinical team to ensure residents' needs are addressed promptly.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living Group.
