Job summary

Frontida Careers is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities in a compassionate environment. You will assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and help promote a positive experience for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting residents with personal care tasks is preferred.
• Ability to follow medication administration protocols under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (dressing, grooming, bathroom, bathing, walking/transferring)
• Medication administration (training and nurse supervision)
• Assist with resident meals, including serving and dining setup/cleanup
• Provide light housekeeping assistance (dusting, laundry, making beds, vacuuming)
• Answer resident call lights promptly and assist as needed
• Promote teamwork and have a positive attitude
• Enjoy providing residents with outstanding customer service
