Seniors Helping Seniors is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home companionship and support to seniors, helping them stay independent and safe in their own homes. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, 24/7 support, paid training, and a team that values your contribution.

Training is provided, and no prior caregiving experience is required. Positions available in multiple Chicago-area locations including Rosemont, Norridge, Jefferson Park, Portage Park, Schorsch

Whether you have years of caregiving experience or are new to the field, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate companionship and in-home support to seniors.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as needed.
• Help with light household tasks and other everyday activities.

• Build trusting relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide dependable, respectful care while promoting independence and dignity.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for mature, compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others.

• Previous caregiving experience is helpful, but not required – we provide comprehensive training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, patient, and respectful.
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team.
• A genuine desire to help seniors live safely and independently.

Driving experience and/or access to reliable transportation are a nice-to-have, particularly for assignments that may involve transportation or locations that are less accessible by public transit.
