Job summary

Interim HealthCare is hiring compassionate Caregivers / Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care for seniors and clients who wish to remain safely at home. Choose full-time, part-time, or PRN assignments with locations that fit your schedule and lifestyle.

Starting pay is $17/hour with options for same-day/next-day pay, weekly payroll, and flexible scheduling. The role includes health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), Roth plans, and more, with ESOP eligibility for eligible

Qualifications

• 6 months caregiving experience OR CNA course/certificate
• Two positive references
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to client care
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care, companionship, and support to clients at home
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and transportation
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities
• Give medication reminders and report changes to supervisor
• Maintain a safe home environment and follow care plans
