Job summary

Clarity Care in Oshkosh, WI is seeking an Entry level Caregiver to support individuals with varying abilities in our group home. No experience is required, and training is provided.

You will assist with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and documentation, while maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming home environment. Must be 18+, HS diploma, and valid WI driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma/equivalent and/or related work/life experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid WI driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
• Must provide auto insurance proof.

Responsibilities

• Hands on care: assist with daily living activities, bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene per service plan.
• Supports mobility and safe transfers following assisted living practices.
• Document all assigned tasks in required records.
• Keep home safe, sanitary, and welcoming through housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare and serve meals following dietary guidelines and preferences.
• Assist and escort members during social and recreational activities.
