Job summary

Clarity Care, Inc. is seeking dedicated care workers in Wisconsin to provide hands-on support and companionship to Members in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, and safe transfers, while maintaining a clean and welcoming home environment.

Starting pay up to $17.50 per hour based on experience; no prior certifications needed. Weekend shift premium, health benefits, retirement plan, and paid training are offered to support your development and well-being.

Qualifications

• No experience or certifications required.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Compassionate, people-oriented approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers; ambulation as needed.
• Complete required documentation for tasks performed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation following guidelines.
• Provide companionship and run errands; medication reminders when needed.
