Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma/equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid WI driver’s license and meet agency driving standards.
• Proof of auto insurance required.
• Must pass WI Caregiver Background Checks and/or related state checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and medication administration.
