Job summary

Sevita in Arlington, VA is seeking caregivers to help individuals with developmental disabilities live well. You’ll work in the community, provide personal care, and support daily activities.

Pay is $17/hour and full benefits are included for full-time employees. You’ll build meaningful relationships, receive supervision and growth opportunities, and join a mission-driven team dedicated to independence and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
