Job summary

Care Partners At Home in Murrieta is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personalized, one-on-one support to children, adults, and seniors in Murrieta and surrounding areas. The role includes ADLs, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship, with care plans tailored to each client.

We offer flexible scheduling, pay ranges of $19–$23 per hour, streamlined virtual interviews, a $150 commitment bonus after 30 days, paid orientation and training, and health insurance/401(k)

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Current TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one caregiver support tailored to each client.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate client updates.
