Job summary

Care Partners At Home in San Diego seeks compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one support to children, adults and seniors in the community. This role offers flexible part-time hours and competitive pay.

You will assist with personal care and ADLs, provide companionship, help with meals, reminders, and light housekeeping, following individualized care plans while maintaining client independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain; cost assistance available).
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required; guidance provided to register.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one caregiver support tailored to each client.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate client updates.
