Job summary

Care Partners At Home in Riverside is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support to children, adults, and seniors in Riverside and surrounding areas. The role involves personal care, ADLs, companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping, with a focus on maintaining independence and quality of life.

Flexible scheduling, paid orientation and training, and a clear path to benefits (health insurance and 401(k) after one year) accompany a competitive hourly wage of $19–$23.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (professional or personal).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Current TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; cost assistance available.
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one caregiver support tailored to each client.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate client updates.
