Job summary

Symphony Care Network is seeking a Caregiver / Guest Assistance to support our residents and join a compassionate team. This role offers flexible status (full or part time) and meaningful work in a caring environment.

You’ll participate in daily nursing reports, assist residents with daily personal hygiene, turning, lifting and transporting, observe changes in condition, and collaborate with a high-quality team to deliver excellent care.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year Assisted Living experience preferred.
• No experience necessary – we are looking for individuals from all industries to apply.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily nursing report along with daily electronic documentation
• Caregiver / Guest Assistance assist residents with daily personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning and transporting residents
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when warranted
• Work with a high quality, collaborative team.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

One year Assisted Living experience preferred
