Senior Resource Group in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Caregiver to assist residents with daily living in partnership with the health services team. You will follow the Director of Assisted Living's guidance and provide compassionate care, report changes, and document activities in CareStream to ensure high-quality resident support.

Ideal candidates have a C.N.A. credential or caregiving experience, a high school diploma or GED, First Aid/ CPR, and strong communication skills to promote

Qualifications

• C.N.A. or caregiver experience required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• First Aid/ CPR certification is required.
• Strong reading/writing ability in English and good communication skills.
• Ability to promote teamwork and a positive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as assigned.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to policies.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and alarms.
• Document care in CareStream and hand off reports between shifts.
• Support meals, housekeeping, and laundry as needed.
• Observe changes in resident status and communicate with supervisors.
