Job summary

Sevita’s REM Community Services division seeks compassionate caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings. You’ll help with daily living activities, encourage participation in meaningful tasks, and build trusting relationships to promote independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition as part of developmental goals.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Support participants to participate in community activities and daily living.
