Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Encourage participation in community activities and preferred hobbies.
• Promote independence and self-advocacy through personalized goal planning.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, supportive environment at all times.
