REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, is hiring dedicated caregivers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community programs. You’ll work closely with participants to promote independence, growth, and meaningful daily activities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with their personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals and behavioral challenges.
• Encourage participation in community activities and fitness/nutrition goals.
