Carefree Living in Ely, Minnesota, is seeking Resident Assistants/Caregivers to support an Assisted Living community with resident-centered care. We offer full- and part-time schedules across all shifts, plus PM and Overnight differentials.

Qualifications

• No CNA certification required.
• Must have passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment.
• Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs.
