Job summary

Sevita is seeking compassionate caregivers in Texas to help individuals with developmental disabilities live more independently at home and in the community. You’ll assist with daily activities, support personal hygiene, and help participants achieve personal goals with dignity and respect.

Pay rate is $10.00-$10.50 per hour, with full benefits for full-time employees, including a 401(k) with company match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for interacting with participants and families.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities in a home/community setting.
• Comfort with coordinating care across team members and services.
• Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple tasks.
• Respectful, patient approach when supporting individuals with developmental needs.
