Home Helpers Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team in the greater Boston area. The role focuses on companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments.

Experience in senior or home care is preferred, and CNA/HHA certification is required. A valid driver’s license, cellphone with internet, and the ability to pass a background check are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior care or home healthcare preferred.
• CNA or HHA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Cellphone with internet access.
• Current TB test and ability to read/write in English.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, toileting).
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Transport to appointments or errands.
• Provide non-medical support tailored to client needs.
• Maintain professional communication with families and team.
