Home Helpers Home Care of Burlington, MA seeks compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes across our service area. You will provide companionship, assist with activities of daily living, and help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Responsibilities include safe transport to appointments and clear communication with families. Applicants should have CNA/HHA certification if possible, a valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a background check; English communication

Qualifications

• Experience in senior/home care or healthcare preferred
• CNA/HHA certification is required or preferred
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Cellphone with internet access
• Current TB test
• Must pass a background check

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with personal care (bathing, toileting)
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Transport clients to appointments or errands
• Deliver non-medical support tailored to client needs
• Maintain professional communication with families and care team
