Qualifications

• Experience in senior care, home care, or healthcare preferred but not required.
• CNA or HHA certification is required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Cellphone with internet access is needed.
• Current TB test is required.
• Compassion, empathy and strong work ethic.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, toileting).
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Transport to appointments or errands.
• Non-medical support tailored to client needs.
• Maintain professional communication with families and team members.
