Qualifications

• Caregiver experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation if required.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior; ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
