Lino Lakes Assisted Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide compassionate support to residents in our assisted living community in Lino Lakes, MN. You will assist with activities of daily living, meals, mobility, and daily routines while maintaining dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to be dependable and flexible with shift availability.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents during meals, recreational activities, and daily routines, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights, ensuring safety and attentiveness at all times.
• Collaborate with nurses, dining, and life enrichment staff to coordinate and deliver holistic care.
